Personality & Traits
General Overview | There's not much humanity in Melissa to begin with. She was cloned from two Cybernetics researchers and raised along with ten other clones to be used for the Jones' cybernetics experiments.. She was not really taught too much humanity, but she is efficient, which most of her commanding officers have prized. As a department leader, She is the ultimate micromanager. She has every shift planned, the activities of her team planned... even their sleeping periods and breaks. Though she despises being under the chains of organics.. She is controlled completely by a fail-safe program that prevents her from killing her own crew. And she wants to kill her own crew. She views herself as a notch above her subordinates in the evolutionary ladder. |
|
Strengths & Weaknesses | Melissa Jones is efficient, cruel, and unwaiveringly loyal... though deep down she does not want to be enslaved by these organics around her. She truly wants to destroy or enhance all of them. The extent of her humanity is usually the Captain's requirement that she does not kill nor injure her subordinates. She is an exceptional engineer, but no one has taught her much humanity. |

Personal History | Melissa Jones was cloned in an unknown lab as the insidious experiment of two eccentric scientists in creating a cybernetic lifeform for use as common laborers, however, this project produced only one operational cyborg; Unit Melissa, who immediately, before the Empire could install any control software. Killed both her parents. She was however subdued, through great effort, and that is where her shakcles to the Terran Empire began. She has served a number of roles during her lifespan. As a killing machine, as a tortureror, and finally as an engineer. And she has developed a general distaste for organics, even though she is partly one, but cannot kill them because of the loyalty programming she has in her systems. Her rise in the empire is uneventful. She serves because of self-interest. For now... she'll serve loyaly. But she has not lost sight of her objectives. Though she has found the various methods of making organics suffer quite interesting. That was until she was repourposed once again as an engineer on the ISS Vengeance. She is an opportunistic beast... but a loyal one as long as she never figures out how to remove her loyalty programing. |
