Physical Description		Tall and athletic, Echo is in good shape due to her strict exercise routine. Her trill spots are a light brown and go all the way from the top of her head down to the bottom of her feet and all the way to the tips of her fingers. Her hair goes midway down her back but she usually keeps it in a tight bun. She wears a dog tag locket that she keeps tucked tightly away under her clothes.

Personality & Traits

General Overview		Echo often times prefers her own company, but will not say no to the a guest now and again. Solitude gives her comfort and it often leads her to awkward reactions to others, especially when put into a busy situation. In a work situation, she is a no nonsense woman who has no fear of nagging even her commanding officer should she find them neglecting themselves. She is amazing under emergency situations, but doesn't mind letting a out a few foul words when the situation calls for it.
Strengths & Weaknesses		Echo is observant and smart, her strengths lie mostly in her mind and she isnt easily fooled. She is kind and will usually listen first and shoot later, but is reliable in a combat situation. She is strong and quick for a trill due to regular exercise. However, her own psychological traumas can cause her to freeze or rage in different moments. She is also, in her own sense, weak like any trill, she can be harmed by physical and kinetic weapons as well as get sick, though due to her medical inoculations, that isn't very often
Ambitions		To learn more about various practices of medicine be they modern, traditional, or ancient. Also to learn more about how botanical species of various planets can help to heal others.

Personal History

Born on the home planet of Trill to Solin and Deja Teig. She was the surprised and unplanned twin sister to their daughter Emma. Her parents, naming her for what they saw her as, an echo. Their parents, though renowned and respected scientists, Deja and Solin did not agree with their government's decision to be a part of the Alliance, and thus smuggled their children out, and joined with the Empire to help them with their own minds. They settled onto the colonies on Mars, under the careful eye of their parents, who saw potential in the girls in serving the Empire.They pushed for the girls to learn and grow and even attempt to outdo each other. But the sisters' bond remained strong as they were similarly treated as outcasts by those surrounding them. Each girl advanced quickly but when it came time, it was Echo who stood out, being selected at graduation for further service in the fleet and for Emma to serve as a representative in trill for Starfleet. It was also during this time that Echo was assigned to be joined with the symbiont named Mehl, in hopes that Echo's stricter personality would quell the symbiont's unruly behavior. At age 20, after a couple of years of training, she was joined with the symbiont and placed under service with her first ship. Since then, she has been promoted several times and transferred to multiple ships to help the Imperial Starfleet. 1 year ago, she was presented with news of her beloved sister's death, which included the presentation of a strange locket. Since then, Echo has become more reclusive, unwilling to speak about her lost sibling and niece, and instead focus solely on her own work and advancements.
